We proudly ship the Infimood vibe worldwide! To keep our products accessible and affordable for everyone, we partner with specialized global fulfillment centers in Asia to dispatch your orders directly from the manufacturing source.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a standard shipping fee will apply. Below are the estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

United States: 7 to 12 business days (Delivered via USPS or local partners).

United Kingdom & Europe: 8 to 14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by local customs processing, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
Duties and Taxes
For the majority of our shipments to the US, UK, EU, and Australia, we cover the customs duties and taxes in advance, meaning there will be no hidden or additional charges upon delivery. However, for certain remote countries, local customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Insured Shipping (Lost or Missing Packages)
We offer an optional Insured Shipping upgrade at checkout. If you purchase insured shipping and your package gets lost, stolen, or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. Our team will investigate with the courier and arrange a free brand-new replacement for you without hassle.
