Every Infimood® eBadge is carefully quality-checked and tested before shipment. We want you to feel confident expressing your vibe with us, and if anything is not right, our team is here to help make it right.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist and guide you through the next steps.
Returned items must be unused, free from scratches or damage, and in their original packaging with all included accessories (charging cable, manual, charms). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For non-defective returns or "change of mind" requests, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your vibe to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change to your shipping address or cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and our team will do our best to assist. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If there is any issue with your eBadge upon arrival (e.g., the screen does not turn on, Bluetooth won't connect, or accessories are missing), please reach out to us immediately with photo or video proof. We provide free brand-new replacements for damaged or manufacturing-defective items.
Please note: We do not cover damages caused by user error (e.g., water damage, dropping the badge, or charging with unsupported adapters).
